The following steps should help you get going:

Clear the cache for the EA app
Run the app as an administrator
Check for any background applications blocking the app
Try a clean boot on your PC

Thank you for your response in order to help me.

I tried everything you suggested but nothing changed!

The thing is that now EA doesn’t even open, it appears like this. Nothing on my desktop…

Mine is so bad half the time I have to recover app twice, restart my computer a few times, uninstall the app and reinstall. Just give us Origin back. It worked a thousand times better and was user friendly.
