EA App doesn't show download button

Hi, I have recently bought xbox game pass and wanted to play a game from EA App. But whenever i tried to download a game from Xbox, it doesnt show me download button. Its stuck on the screen i added ...

Hey @terminusXIII Something might be blocking the page from loading, can you try the following and check again?

  • Clear EA App's Cache 
  • Allow EA App through your Anti-virus or Firewall 
  • Try running EA App as an admin
  • If you continue seeing issue, try starting a download for another game see if it gets to 15% if so stop the download and try to go back to ITT

@EA_Illium I am having the exact same problem. None of the suggested fixes work for me.

    @kaoyabao To confirm are you accessing games via EA Play (or EA Play with GamePass)? Can you not download any game or a certain one?
