EA App doesnt work and cannot be uninstalled on Macbook

Hi,

After EA app crashed I tried to uninstalled, however I did not succeed. EA app does not show up in Finder so I cannot move it to trash. It showes only in launchpad and I cannot move it to the trash.

Launchpad is simply a shortcut to your Applications folder. Navigate to the Applications folder and you can trash it.

Hi,
EA app doesnt appear in the Applications folder. It showes on Launchpad as you can see in the screenshot.
Theoretically it is uninstalled, however I CAN NOT install it again. When I try to install it, the window "Downloading EA app" shows up and then disappears after 5 seconds and nothing happens.

You have two Application folders. Don’t look in your user one, look in Macintosh HD > Applications and then trash it.
