Summarize your bug When you try to repair the game, the 'downloads' get stuck on one pack/kit and won't continue, eventually the app gives you the message in the screenshot

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can't unless EA App decides to be cheeky
What happens when the bug occurs? When you try to repair the game, the 'downloads' get stuck on one pack/kit and won't continue, eventually the app gives you the message in the screenshot
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to repair my game in a timely fashion without having to manually cancel every pack download to try again

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.98.127.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except bust the dust which is disabled

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

UPDATE: So I'd like to up the percentage to 100% of the time now. I didn't realize it when I put this up.
So the problem is occuring in the following downloads:
menswear kit
Highschool years (14% then stops)
growing together (14% then stops)
I have to cancel the repair download for those packs for the repair to complete, of course it isn't ACTUALLY complete b/c those 3 packs could not be repaired......
Also, I HAVE tried clearing the cache for EA App, but it doesn't seem to help.
UPDATE 6.6.2023: NOW the download error is occurring on Spa day too - I'm not sure if its any particular pack that is more likely to have the issue.
