[EA app] Dragon Age 2 DLC can't download

Hello everyone, i have specific problem in dg2. I don't have option to download/buy dlc other that dark emporium and promotion pack. It's look like screen attach, my ea app it is in Polish language,...

    @wladcasmokuw2 Can you go here: C:\Program Files\EA Games\Dragon Age II\addins - or the specific drive you have it installed, delete all folders in that and then log into the EA app, go to DA II, and under manage > Manage add-ons, tell me what the DLC shows as? Buy, download, install etc!

    The DLC Article should not allow you to download the DLC for free, it's supposed to be used when you already own the DLC and have issues installing it.

    Also, keep in mind the DLC downloads for this article are also for Steam downloads not EA app downloads. I confirmed this part with the team too.

    The patch on there should be installed, but if your EA account is not entitled to DLC, downloading that should not work. I am trying to get them to update the article to reflect this.

    If you have the standard edition of the game then you would have to actually get each DLC on its own.

The DLCs are part of the "Ultimate Edition". Is your edition listed as Ultimate Edition?

OK, this is the standard version. I thought the DLCs were free after they made them available on the website like in dao. Is there any way I can buy them? Because I don't see any way to buy them.

    They should be free, but there are problems sometimes.

    Try to run the installers from the "DLCs for classic Games" page inside the Dragon Age 2 game folder and as Administrator.

    Let my know if it works please.

    Edit: try the instructions I linked as well please.

      I tried installers but "game is not installed", i tried in different folder but with no result.
      I try instructions you linked before i start this topic with no result

      I tried contacting support, but every time I replay, they put me in touch with a new person who asks the same questions, once I managed to provide the verification code, but after sending it, I was asked again what the problem was...

      Edit: My answer from support "Let me share you that dragon age 2 game is sunset and we cannot support that game anymore." ...
