EA APP Error code 14-1632 App wont install

Hello hoping yall can help me.

I'm having a problem installing the EA app on my laptop. Its on windows 11.

The install keeps failing.

I keep getting the error code INST-14-1632.

I've tried running it as an administrator, I've tried restarting my laptop, Ive tried changing the file destination. Ive tried downloading it from different browsers. Ive tried downloading it from the xbox pc app as a companion. Ive tried installing it from the EA website. None of these have worked.

I would be grateful if someone can help me out.
