Ea Shepard still waiting for a response from ea.I have tried everything to fix ea app error code 10501 but none of them worked to fix this issue I am running ea app as admin, I have put ea app and its other services as exclusion in my kaspersky internet security antivirus,I checked windows firewall but it is not blocking it ,I have checked my operating system and ethernet connection but all are working fine and I have performed a clean reinstalltion of ea app but none of them this issue.I am not a computer expert so I cannot think of more workarounds, so I wanted to ask did you get any updates from ea app team regarding this issue.My ea app version is 13.27.0.5540 and error code 10501 is still showing up.Please fix this issue officialy because workarounds are not working for me.
