EA app Error Code EC:201

please help I just installed ea apps and when launch it says we couldn't find your account info ea app ec:201 CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    @YoChangeYourName Just spent a bunch of time chasing this. What worked for me was going into Control Panel > Network and internet > Network Connections, and disabling active adapters that are not your internet connection. In my case it appeared to be caused by my virtualbox virtual ethernet adapter-Disabled that, and EA launcher seems to work fine now.

    @EA_Barry theres no fix available execpt reinstall windows now it run perfectly
