INST-3-1310 - I'm Unable to install EA App

Hi,

Whenever I try to install the EA app. It will be downloading for 10 seconds or so, and then it appears "Something went wrong" and I'm unable to install it. It comes up with the error code
INST-3-1310 but I've been unable to find any information about this error code online. I used to use EA but one day it just wouldn't launch so I deleted it, and ever since I've unable to re-install it. I've tried running it as administrator, clearing all of the files, reinstalling DirectX but nothing is working.
If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it!
