Ea app error

Question

So, today I tried to open my EA app and it just kept saying "connecting" and wouldn't go through. Then I tried to fix it using the uninstaller, and the uninstaller removed it from my PC. Now it won't install and Windows says the system has blocked the app.

Hello, sorry to hear you’re having trouble installing the EA app.
Please make sure you’re running the EA app as an administrator. You can also add the EA app and related files to your firewall and antivirus allow list to see if that fixes installation issues.

Close the EA app.
Right-click the EA app icon on your desktop (or in the EA app installation folder if not on your desktop) and select Run As Administrator.
Then, add EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe, and EABackgroundService.exe to your antivirus and firewall allow lists. Learn how to add exclusions to your Windows Security settings.
