From the attachment and your description, it sounds like your base game and packs were purchased from Steam and the EA App, respectively, which often causes issues. The ideal result here would be to have those packs be purchased from Steam as well. Therefore, it'd be best to connect with an advisor by resuming your previous case through the case history page or using the Contact us button at the bottom of the troubleshooting steps on this page to see what can be done.
