EA app Fails to Remember "Keep me signed in" Option

@EA_ShepardThanks, I must have missed this thread.
I have changed nothing (no active windows updates etc.) and today, the auto login worked as intended (restarted the app another time to verify if the running xbox app interferes with the login process). I've created another report, maybe you can compare my last two reports and see a difference:

Edit: Could not start any games. Used windows disk cleanup and rebooted. Login credentials are gone again.

@CPTBACCENSCHARTE I am following up with some people on this one. It was an issue at one point but was fixed and there is not much activity on this other than a handful of reports. When I get an update on I will let everyone know.

      I'm havin the same issue iv tried everything and when i don't have internet my EAapp keeps saying it can't find my account kinda frustrating havin to use public wifi every hour to re-login personally i think EA stopped caring about its users

      They did, literally closed the old thread from age, started a new one, and still no solution. Been several years. Everyone posting on here for this issue is wasting their time, they obviously have no intention on fixing this....

        Occasionally, a problem that was previously resolved may resurface due to entirely different factors, a situation that is regrettably not uncommon.

        As for the decision to lock the old thread, this is intended because the other thread was not up-to-date anymore. The underlying cause of the current issue might differ significantly from the previous one, even if they appear similar on the surface. It's important to note that there have likely been substantial changes under the hood in the EA app since then, making it more sensible to initiate a new discussion thread.

        I hope this clarifies the situation. 🙂
