Thank you. The repair solution actually works. I can finally stop pulling my hair out every time I have to start this useless App now. One thing though: it does reset your launch options to always load at start up. You just have to unsellect those options in the settings tab again and everything is back to normal. Least it remembers things again.
Cheers.
The same 3 step fix solved it again.
Untill the root of the problem is found this may be a solid workaround that can aleviate some of the frustration.

Once more I'm thankful my hardware is too old for Windows 11! Hope you can find a more permanent solution for that issue, or who knows maybe EA could consider fixing their App (hahaha..).

I check the keep me logged in box and log in, but every time I start up I am prompted for my ID and password. disabling all non-Microsoft services and reinstalling does not improve the situation.

Hi @gochou0421,
Could you perhaps try this and let us know if it also worked for you?

@Manbreakfastable thanks for the solution, sadly it doesn't work for me. Still get logged out afterward.

Good afternoon everyone
I've solved the issue by deleting the content for "C:\Users\joaon\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\"You can acess the Appdata by using "Winkey + R", then typing %Appdata% on the address you will go to "C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming" in windows 11 just click on the "AppData" in the address bar and go to "local"
Hope it works for you guys too!

Not only me having this issue, other users as well (usually The Sims 4 Players)

Also having this issue, not only does it log me out daily even though I checked the box to "remember me" it still prompts me to login daily. This has been an issue on and off for years At what point does the devs realize this is an issue and comes up with a permanent fix for it? There should be regression bug testing on this issue so it never goes back into a production release ever again.

SardaukarPT's solution didn't work for me. Was asked to log in the very next day (after a restart). My own experience is that a restart doesn't necessarily initiate a need to log in again, but it's certainly a requirement, and happens almost every time.
And EA, this really is extremely poor. I say that as a former programmer - there's no excuse for this still going on. I for one would like to know what you're doing to investigate and solve it, instead of vouching for these hit-or-miss 'solutions'.
- 2 years ago@muhmuhfarm okay, didn't last for long ... now i have to relogin again
- 2 years ago
Exactly, every time I try to play The Sims, it asks me for login information that I type in correctly because I copy everything, and then it says that the password is incorrect, and it goes in circles... First, it logs me out, then it tells me the password is wrong... I lose all my motivation for everything until I manage to log in.

No it does not work, nothing suggested works for more that a day or 2.

No, does not work.

Good to know I am still not alone, although I am sorry others suffer from this and I actually do wish it WAS only me, as I don't enjoy the idea of multiple users being annoyed with it like I am.
That said, I am doing a clean install of windows tonight after work, long story, but with all the app testing I have been doing, I just want to do a clean install without MSI bloatware and Norton, so Kaspersky can be the first thing I install rather than have to uninstall Norton and then install something else.
Just basic drivers and Win 11 Iso, just made my install disk with Rufus, so this should be interesting.
PS Origin never forgot my details. I miss that app.

Subbing to this thread. I have been having this issue ever since installing the EA App. I have tried all of the workarounds and fixes posted on the forums here and still the issue persists.
Sorry it's happening to you too.
I thought though, it might be interesting to compile a count so to speak, of how many of us with the issue have gamepass, and how many don't?
I am trying to work out if it's a factor. In any case, EA are the ones that have to fix it. I am not sure why the topic says solved on it, far from it.

No game pass, and it does this with BOTH my computers. I didn't log in to one of them for MONTHS in cas having it on two computers made it worse but no.
It just won't ACTUALLY save the login and I'm just not willing to buy more ea games if i can't be sure i can play offline.
