Nobody has ever reccomended this as far as I can tell. Let me help you put out this 2+year old dumpster fire.

I tried this, firstly I had to exit XBox Game Bar to be able to delete the files. It worked for about 4 days and again this morning is asking for my details. So no it isn't a solution.
