Please describe The EA App occasionally logs me out even I checked keep me signing in with an error message "Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again. Error code: EC:10501"

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch The EA App after shutdown or restart your PC. Or hibernate/sleep your PC
What happens when the bug occurs? "Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again. Error code: EC:10501"
What do you expect to see? If I checked keep me signing in, This error should be fixed!

Please don't ask me "Have you repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled The EA app?" I tried all methods and doesn't work!
Even a different PC doesn't work!
Not only me having this issue, other users as well (usually The Sims 4 Players)
Exactly, every time I try to play The Sims, it asks me for login information that I type in correctly because I copy everything, and then it says that the password is incorrect, and it goes in circles... First, it logs me out, then it tells me the password is wrong... I lose all my motivation for everything until I manage to log in.
