Summarize your bug I have to type my password every time I start EA App
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start the EA App type password and choose save password. Next time log in or next day you have to log in again
What happens when the bug occurs? It does not remember the password, I have to type my password every time I start EA App
What do you expect to see? It remember the saved login details, like every other game launcher!

It is ridiculous that in 2023 this game launcher still cannot save login information. This has forced me and others to stop buying games from EA and buy them on the steam app which remembers login information

Ive started to been asked to login to EA App every time i use my pc. Its not saving my login details at all even when selecting "keep my login details". Whats causing this issue.
This has been an issue with the application since I've been using it. Most likely about 2 years at least.
It's incredibly infuriating you force your users to stop using an application that has this feature (Origin) and you force us to use this application.
At this stage, I've no idea why I'm a customer. Probably not anymore with the lack of updates for a issue that has never been resolved.
Why was this application forced to replace Origin when it's clearly not a stable application.
Still happening Oct 2023. That's pretty whack, yo. (Win11 Pro if that matters)

It has been months now.
Given that a lot of your users were forced to switch over to the EA app from Origin (myself included), my patience is wearing thin on this. Please prioritize this issue for the positive experience of your userbase; given the amount of time this bug has been outstanding, it no longer appears to be the case that focusing on a positive user experience is your intention. Thanks!
