Community Manager3 weeks since opened and still no EA.
Is this the EA forum dedicated to EA app, if not can someone point me to the right place?
Aren't EA supposed to reply in timely manner when someone posts a problem?

It's been a very very long time, and the "the team" has been "aware". Will it be fixed? It hasn't so far. Maybe when this affects profit basically. But because we can't use another app to access our EA games, we become a captive audience.
