Community ManagerSubbing to this thread. I have been having this issue ever since installing the EA App. I have tried all of the workarounds and fixes posted on the forums here and still the issue persists.

I thought though, it might be interesting to compile a count so to speak, of how many of us with the issue have gamepass, and how many don't?
I am trying to work out if it's a factor. In any case, EA are the ones that have to fix it. I am not sure why the topic says solved on it, far from it.
No game pass, and it does this with BOTH my computers. I didn't log in to one of them for MONTHS in cas having it on two computers made it worse but no.
It just won't ACTUALLY save the login and I'm just not willing to buy more ea games if i can't be sure i can play offline.
