I cleared my local EA Launch Helper cache and it started remembering my credentials. Might work for you.
- On your keyboard press the Windows + R keys at the same time.
- In the Run window that pops up, enter %localappdata% into the text box.
- Navigate to the EALaunchHelper folder and open it up.
- Delete all the folders you see, for me there was only the cache folder so I just deleted that.
If anyone tries this, let me know if it works for you.
Hey All,
Great to hear that this has been working for you. If you still run into any issues like this after these steps let us know specifically what happens!
The more info you can provide the better!
Cheers!

Same issue. However, if I cancel the login screen, and check the Windows tray for the EA App, its already logged in, so no need to login again. Weird, but I just cancel that login window now.

If I cancel the login screen (only way I see is by clicking upper right corner "X") I don't get the tray icon. This is regardless of the "Enable background services" setting. So cancelling login screen does NOT work for me. I don't want EA running unless I'm playing an EA game. It's really a shame they messed up a good thing - Origin simply worked like it was supposed to; and was a lot faster starting.
