EA APP FRIEND LIST NOT WORKING ONLY SHOWN "CONNECTION FAILED"

i want to play apex with my friends, i already add them through steam friends and already link my account to steam, but since the EA APP Friend List not working, it wont show up on my friend list in game even when i already linked my steam friend list to the ea account, ive tried clearing cahce through app recovery, reinstalling the EA APP multiple times, trying another network, it just wont work
