@EA_ShepardSuggestion 1: Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
I uninstalled Bit Defender. I've disabled Windows Virus and Threat Detection as much as I'm able to. I killed as many processes in task manager as I'm able to and made sure I'm not using a VPN. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 2: Connection and Advance Connection Guides.
I rebooted and changed my DSN servers, restarting routers, using a secondary internet connection (phone hotspot), restarted my router and computer as suggested by the Connection guide. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 3: Untick Proxy settings.
Proxy was not turned on. I turned in on and off again. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 4: DNS settings.
I changed both my IPV4 and IPV6 DNS to a few different servers. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 5: TCP IP settings and static IP addresses.
I don't pay for a static IP address, and I doubt the majority of your PC players do either. Based on the link you provided, it assumes the user DOES pay for a static IP. Therefore either EA games are no longer available to customers that don't pay their ISP for a static IP address OR this step is irrelevant.
Suggestion 6: Check date/time is correct in Windows.
Yep, date and time are correct. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 7: Reset Windows Host file.
Followed the instructions for resetting the host file. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 8: Change UAC.
The controls for my user account, my secondary user account AND the new user account I created specifically for this issue are all set the the absolute most relaxed controls Windows allows. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 9: Clean Boot with networking turned on.
Tried this. Didn't fix the problem.
Suggestion 10: New use account
Tried this. Didn't fix the problem.
