EA App INST Errors When Installing

I just Downloaded FIFA 23 at Steam on my PC but i can't install EA play and Announce like this "Something went wrong The EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing (error code: INST-14-1460) 

My PC spec

Windows 11

AMD RYZEN 5 5600H

GEFORCE GTX 1650

16GB MEMORY

please help me i've just repair all my MICROSOFT VIRTUAL C++ Latest version

      @EA_Shepard Unfortunately, it still doesn't help. It would be nice if the next version of EA could run normally on Windows 11 without any issues. There were no such problems with Origin. A good option could be to launch Origin and work in it, as having to jump through hoops to launch the EA client makes players very unhappy.

        @polinkaIs Can you attach a DxDiag for me?

        Let's do some PC cleanup and see if this works

        • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
        • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)

        Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer, type in %temp%, and hit Enter

        • Delete everything it allows you to delete.
        • Then in the same run box, type, %temp%, and hit Enter
        • Delete everything in the folder that it will allow you to delete
        • Reboot the PC

        I would also recommend downloading a registry cleaner from HERE - and then when you run the registry cleaner make sure you check to fix all - back up no
        repeat that until there is nothing left

      @caoticcrusade Can you let us know what the issue you have is? Attach a screenshot and list and steps you have taken for your issue.

    Summarize your bug I have been trying to get help from EA for months. Every time I try to download the EA app, it keeps sending an e Error. This happens every time I try to download the app to play the games. I have tried all tips online and nothing helps me

    What happens when the bug occurs? It gives me the same Error, I can’t download the EA app and I am unable to play any of my games that I have purchased already.
    What do you expect to see? The App to be able to download and I can finally be able to play my games.

    I have been trying to play my games on my PC, I need to download EA App to be able to play my games but it just keeps sending and error message (INT-14-1460.) not sure what I needs to do. I have been trying to get help from EA for months, I have sent the info needed when asked but it seems as though everyone stops responding or my case gets closed even when I give the info that I am asked for.

    Has anyone solved this problem I have opened so many, many cases for this same error. I can't seem to get the help, correct the problem or get anywhere. It is going on months with nothing solved. I have looked it up online, followed other people's suggestions but I am still having the same problem.

      @unhearddesert08 Same here. I finally gave up. All my EA Games in library are literally useless now.
