    I was just having this same issue, trying to download the EA app and kept getting inst 14-1603 error. I restarted my PC and tried downloading through a different browser (chrome instead of edge) worked perfectly after that! Hope this helps someone in the future.

@EA_Shepard Hello, i have same issue since 2 days. Try evrything i can do, clean temp file, use ccleaner, reinstall C+, create new account and so many tricks found on youtube nothing's work. What can i do ?
