EA App Install Fail Error Code INST-14-1603

What video? Can you send me the video here? As I tried manifold of ways to fix it but seems to no avail..

INST-14-1603 Solution for me - Provided you already tried the VC Distribution thing -

You can either turn off controlled folder access, or allow rundll32.exe and msiexec.exe through when it pops up on your protection history. This app uses the documents folder in the Windows user folder. Windows 10 and above does not like that folder being accessed. 

Should I try installing off of edge instead of chrome? Bc mines giving me the error code on chrome.

You can also try the following:

none of those solutions worked for me please help im just trying to play the sims 4
