EA APP installation error -- Code: INST-14-1603

Game "A WAY OUT" was bought on steam. The EA APP not installing with this code: INST-14-1603

I followed some solutions. And THEY WERE absolutely ABSURD.

Wish you could give a really working solution how to fix this. I'm not going to reainstall all my stuff on computer anymore (Visual C++ Redistributable-s, and other things from the shizo-solutions)

If you can, could you just translate me what your error code means? I followed some topics on this issue, and I see no real answers from specialists or what ever.

I guess best you'll do is probably ban me
