I have the same issue. Clean reboot did not help. Attaching my dxdiag.
@antchuck I've managed to get it working by:
Restoring my TEMP to default - I used to have it on a different drive to prevent trashing system ssd.
Enabling windows managed paging file - I have enough RAM to run fine most of the time without it. Guess EA app is special and requires way more RAM for some reason...
