EA app is automatically downloading Legacy Edition

Hello, every time I get new DLC/Pack the Legacy edition starts downloading automatically right after the download and installation of the DLC/Pack. I use PC, Windows 11, and the problem started with...

    Heya @Aurorabig 

    It sounds like the live support team will need to review your account and be sure you have the correct version of the base game added to your account- this isn't something we can check for you over the forums as we don't have access to your account information, but live support can investigate into this a bit further with you.

    Please reach out to live support from the help site here- I'd also recommend you attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further details to reference.

    Where exactly do I get live support, I clicked on all the links, and nowhere did I get to talk/chat/email with anyone

      From the site here under Game Support, you'll select EA app as the product, then I need help loading my game. From there, you'll see the available contact options for live support.
