EA app is buggy, needs urgent fix, redesign and better license sync
- I’m very frustrated and disappointed. I purchased Battlefield for $69, and I’m currently unable to play properly. Multiplayer and Portal are not working, and the EA App is not recognizing my license after the latest update. I have already tried troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still not fixed. I’m asking for this to be taken seriously and properly investigated.
Since the latest EA App update, I’ve been experiencing many issues and bugs. The app is not properly recognizing my Battlefield license, and Multiplayer and Portal are not working. It seems the update caused major instability. I believe the EA App needs optimization, bug fixing, and improved license/entitlement recognition, especially for Portal and Multiplayer. Please review the app performance and consider improving stability and design to prevent these issues.
