I'm right there with you. I was actually writing about this the other day, but didn't finish it so now I have to restart. I do think it is a Censorship / "Red Flag" Keyword issue. I have screenshots of swearing where it wasn't an issue and screenshots after that in further conversation where it flags everything. Including: "EA", "One" (but not 1), and standard conversation / words. What I'm guessing what happened is you cursed or said "Red Flag" Keywords before and instead of it immediately censoring you it let you keep doing it until the Censorship system decided to shadow ban your ability to type without warning you in any way like it did with me.
Honestly, it needs to become an industry standard that a setting / option exists to turn off Censorship for yourself. Anyhow, I'm gonna start another forum and provide all the screenshots to further put pressure on this issue, because it is insane that this is even a problem in modern society.
whats also weird is i had made the same post the day before the one you replied to and it seems to have disappeared entirely. but, after i made that previous post a match ended and prior to matchmaking starting up with my party an EA message that fit the full screen came up with a QR and talk of community standards and what not. suddenly half my in game chats work, not all and the ea app messaging will let me send a "test" to a friend but anything after like "it worked" is all ####
