EA App keeps crashing after a few seconds of launching

    Hi the issue still persists even after clearing my cache. What should I do?

      There are a few more things you could try:

      1. Run EA app as an administrator.
      2. Check for any Windows updates, and install those.
      3. Try a clean boot in case there's a background program that's causing the app to crash.
      4. Try a System File Check in case there are damaged or corrupted files within your system.

        Even after trying the steps, the app will still close upon launching.
