Hi the issue still persists even after clearing my cache. What should I do?

4 months agoThere are a few more things you could try:
- Run EA app as an administrator.
- Check for any Windows updates, and install those.
- Try a clean boot in case there's a background program that's causing the app to crash.
- Try a System File Check in case there are damaged or corrupted files within your system.

Even after trying the steps, the app will still close upon launching.
