Community ManagerHey there, I'm really sorry to hear that you're unable to launch your games through the EA app.
I see that you posted this a few weeks ago, and I want to check with you if you're still having any issues. In case you are, can you please let us know which game version you've purchased, what the language is on your system, and the region you're playing from?
Also, have you tried to launch a different EA game to see if you get the same error message?
