EA App keeps resetting my downloads

I know people are going to try and direct me to the other threads about this. But none of those solutions fixed my issue. I have cleared my cache, updated EA, made sure it's whitelisted in my firewall, ran it as administrator, restarted my pc, and even just waited. I waited and waited and it's been about 12 hours now but the download just keeps resetting every time it reaches 100% Then I watch it go through the whole process again endlessly. The game I am trying to play is Spore (classic) and I'm, of course, using the new EA App as it would not allow me to switch back over to origin

EDIT: So if anyone else is like me, and nothing was working. I tried this. Right click EA App>Click properties>Click compatibility tab (If that tab doesn't exist, the internet should have a tutorial somewhere, I forgot how to do it myself)>Click the check box next to "run in administrator mode"

This alone didn't fix my issue. After this I had to reload the app about 3 separate times (And yes, Each of those times was after a long download that failed) but once my pc actually registered that it was in administrator mode, things went smoothly. You should notice that when it gets to around 75% it will say "Finalizing." if that doesn't happen, chances are the download will fail and you should be able to do one of the resets before the 99% mark.
