I tried adding the app to my firewall and disabling my anti virus but its still giving me the same message
I am getting the same message on steamdeck.

We don't fully support Steamdeck so there can be issues with using EA App on Steamdeck. @Sagna_The_Great,
@sophie5734 What have you tried and what kind of network setup do you have?
/Atic- @EA_Atic I tried making EA an exception on my Firewall, and looking at anti-virus software. I also tried using an Ethernet cable to try and make sure there was no issue with my actual wifi. I have a subscription for fibre, and obviously a connected router for wifi. There was no difference for any of these things I tried. Not sure what might be getting in the way.

Somewhere the connection between EA App and our servers is being interrupted.
