@EA_Atic I tried making EA an exception on my Firewall, and looking at anti-virus software. I also tried using an Ethernet cable to try and make sure there was no issue with my actual wifi. I have a subscription for fibre, and obviously a connected router for wifi. There was no difference for any of these things I tried. Not sure what might be getting in the way.

- @EA_Atic I'm using wifi, but just used an Ethernet cable directly to see if there was an issue with my wifi settings, but it didn't change anything

Good day! Is there any update regardingt he "Temporarily Lost Connection" issue of the EA desktop app? I'm using windows and I have a good internet connection and my firewall does not restrict the ea app. I just want to play TS4 and the EA APP has been giving me a headache.
