Okay so after receiving zero help from EA and refusing to give up. What worked for me is to disable all antivirus and firewall (I use Kaspersky). BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART: make sure that once you have disabled your private firewall (in my case, Kaspersky) that windows did not automatically enable windows firewall. TURN OFF WINDOWS FIRWALL FOR BOTH PRIVATE AND PUBLIC NETWORKS. May the force be with you.

Do you believe normal to disable you antivirus or Firewall to play? Do you believe it's normal that EA impose this useless EA, when Origin does the job very well since YEARS?
I recommand now all of you to contact a consumers association or the state fraud department as we paid for a service and get nothing in return. In US, you have also the class action.
