EA App not launching - App recovery file does not exist

Summarize your bug The EA app both technically exists in my computer programs, but has no file path. There is no App Recovery file in the EA files, there is no Uninstall function. I cannot launch the EA App, and thus, cannot launch any games.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk. Try deleting your EA App then launching a game.
What happens when the bug occurs? The EA App used to live on my desktop - it does not anymore. (might have been accidentally deleted, whatever, not important.) When I tried to launch a Steam game, it says that it can't find the EA App. I went to reinstall, and my computer says the app is already installed on my pc. I go to computer programs, and the EA App is there - I try to uninstall, and it spits out a "Windows cannot find the EAUninstall.exe". There is no App Recovery file in my EA file folder. No other EA shortcuts work.
What do you expect to see? When the bug occurs? An error that says "linktoea://launchgame/1222690?platform=steam&theme=dai Application not found" When the bug is corrected? The game opening screen.
Steps I have tried:
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game - done. No effect.
- Uninstalling the EA App - Windows error: "Windows cannot find "EAUninstall.exe".
Contacted support:
- Clearing the EA cache - the EA app does not appear and cannot be launched. No cache to clear.
- Verifying Steam game files - done, no errors. No effect.
- Updating my NVIDIA graphics - done, no errors. No effect.
- Opening my computer in safe mode - done. No effect.
- Opening my computer after re-enabling all computer services - done. No effect
