EA App not launching any games and won't report errors.

The last few days I've been having trouble with launching EA games, specifically on windows (Sims 4 seems to launch fine on my MacBook, but none of my games work on PC) 

All of my games are refusing to launch, after pressing play they load for around 10 seconds and then say that the game is already running - even if I've only just booted up my computer.  I've tried clearing the cache on the app, uninstalling and reinstalling both the app and my games, updating my entire pc, doing a scan for faults on Command Prompt (which says all issues should be repaired) and doing a clean boot of my computer - yet they are still doing the same thing. 

Went to report the error in app which then tells me there was an error in submitting my error form and to try again, which I have now tried to do several times.  

Any ideas on how to get this sorted?? :)
