I continue to get no support or no information in relation to this issue. I see on other forums many people having very similar issues and no resolution. It is extremely frustrating as a customer to have little support and be days without a reply or answer
I am still waiting on support but as usual let down I am no further forward in resolving this and i dont seem to get any support on the matter pure disappointing altogether
