EA App not launching

I'm at a loss, my EA app outright refuses to launch, I've tried re-installing it, checking if Windows is blocking it and all the fixes Google could come up with but nothing. I've tries clicking App Recovery but that doesn't launch either. 

It use to run a few months ago and now nothing? Fed up as I can't access anything. It doesn't even appear to be trying to load on Task Manager. I've tried repairing it, etc etc etc....nada.

Any ideas?
