I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue.
May I ask, do you know if it has worked before without issues and if this error only started to appear after an update of the EA app by any chance? Or is it a clean install of the EA app?

It’s okay, I know it’s nobody’s fault. I brought a brand new PC for this and of course downloaded the EA app clean. No updates, it’s just a new installation. Which now doesn’t work at all. And did delete my Origin app too.
I’ve now got Origin back, which has now deleted the EA app. However, trying to play my games on here. My PC meets the requirements, I’ve literally done everything to try and get the sims and other games to work and all I get is a white loading screen. Which I’m a bit worried about. I’ve repaired the game. I’ve changed it to (windows play) etc. and it’s still not working.
is there anyway anybody could help me.

I am sorry, but what do you mean with a white loading screen? This topic that you created is about issues with the EA app, not Origin or a specific game.I do apologise, the EA app doesn’t work at all. It comes up with the warning. I have tried, to get it to work. Have dealt with it and have done everything to try to get it to work.
Origin now works, oddly enough. But trying to get on games. If I click on the app, go into my game library, and click on a game. Once the game tries to load, it’s a white loading screen and then it goes back to the origin app. That’s all that happens. I can’t play. Nor get the EA app to work.
