EA APP not updating time played

Same problem here, with The Sims 3. Had a chat with someone from EA Help that sent me plenty of articles and aimed to help me throughout the progress of clearing the cache and repairing the game.

Sadly, that did not help anything and my hours are still not showing correctly. 

I used to have over 400 hours [not a lot, lol, but it was nice knowing how long I've played in total [although I somehow doubt that amount is even accurate as I've played nearly daily in 2012-2014 or whatever]], but since some update on the 23rd of August, my hours had been reset to 24.

Currently in the progress of uninstalling all of the game and installing again. We'll see if that fixes anything...
