EA APP not updating time played

Hi! Anyone else having problems with their played hours disappearing? I think it might have disappeared when it changed from Origin to their new EA game launch thing. 

I don't think the played hours on Sims 4 disappeared, since ai never play it. But it says I have 153 played hours on sims 3, and I know I've had almost 2000 before. It would suck if it reset when they changed from Origin 🥲

Please let me know if you're having the same issues or possibly a fix for it, thanks!

This happened to me too! I had several hundred hours in the sims 3, and the number was really a feeling of pride to me because I had spent summers when I was too young to get a job playing the game. Now it shows me I have 23 hours. I sent a fix it ticket in to ea with an email, but never got a response back

Same here...since launch I have had more than 9000 hours played in Sims 4, now it only shows 727? Other tiles are affected as well, Sims 3, Dragon Age Inquision... I have had hundreds of hours played in these games, now it shows some random number or it reseted completely to 0.

I've had well over 15,600K hours in the Sims 3 since I started in 2017...and all of that went poof.  Now after diligent playing, I'm back up to around 1500hrs.  I really would like to see my hours come back. 

They are never gonna help and they never will. The greed of EA is imendous and there is nothing we can do about it. In their eyes we are just stupid goats being milked for money.

I have no mods. I have 691hrs and 41m played time. Ive been running my game for at least a month since then. This morning when my sis came to see how many hours it was still only 691!!
