EA app not working

I cant log in to EA app. When i try to enter my password and press to log in buton, app shuts down.

Try the following steps: 

1. Uninstall the EA app
2. Perform a clean boot : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
3. Download a fresh copy of the app: https://www.ea.com/ea-app
4. Install and retry from this point.

Your suggestion didn't work but i installed the origin one and that one worked very well GUYS PLS DONT ISTALL EA CRAP INTALL ORIGIN THE OLD ONE PLS

Hey, see if the following work for you. Typically what I do when this happens to me:

Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer, type in %temp%, and hit Enter

Delete everything it allows you to delete.

Then in the same run box, type, %programdata%, and hit Enter

Delete everything in the Origin folder except the local content.

Reboot the PC

So, weird thing, the app started working out of nowhere. the only thing i did different was to uncheck the "keep logged in" box

I cant log into my account, it keeps saying theres a problem with it. I have re installed it many times the last few days but nothing works for me.
