EA app only showing blank screen, game won't launch (Sims 3). Advice?
I've had loads of issues with the app and the Sims 3 anyway but it's just showing a blank screen and the game itself itsn't loading or launching so I can't play at all. Below is a screenshot of the issue:
Anyone got any advice?

If you're still having problems with the app, let's try the following:
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the app as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the app
- Try a clean boot on your PC
