Summarize your bug Whenever i open the ea app it just opens to a blank screen. I've tried every method i could think of.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, honestly.
What happens when the bug occurs? I double click the icon and the ea app opens as a blank screen and stays that way indefinitely.
What do you expect to see? I don't understand this question.
I can't figure out what the problem is here. I just recently downloaded the EA App, haven't even been able to log in yet and I'm already having a problem. At first i couldn't get it to launch at all. I'd click the icon and nothing would happen, then i read online that running the app recovery would solve that problem so i did and... it kind of worked? The app launches now but, it's just a blank screen. No login screen or anything.
Things I've tried to fix it include:
-Clicking the three lines and clicking 'reload page'
-Running as administrator
-Restarting computer.
-Uninstalling and re-instaling via default method.
-Uninstalling via revo uninstaller and re-installing.
-Running app recovery a 2nd time.
-Running the 'repair' feature before uninstalling.
-Changing the compatibility mode to all other options, and eventually changed it back.
-Running the troubleshooter. It came up with an error just saying it couldn't complete the troubleshooting process.
I genuinely don't know what else to do. Origin worked so much better than this garbage. At least origin i could actually open.
