Summarize your bug Ever since being FORCED to download another terrible launcher from EA, of course the new one simply doesn't work at all. I can install it, browse it etc, but for the last month since being forced to move from Origin I have been wholly unable to download anything. I've tried several different games, I've tried reinstalling the EA App, cleared its cache, repaired the specific game I was trying to download at the time, etc etc etc. None of that has worked. Now, we're a day away from the launch of a game I'd like to purchase and play on EA, but if this isn't resolved I won't spend any money. Additionally, I've got TWO TICKETS open with support right now, both are now more than 72 hours old, and I haven't received a single real response. What. Is. Going. On. Does EA not have Live chat anymore? I am fuming at this point.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not a clue.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to install a game, it is preparing infinitely.
What do you expect to see? I resolution to this issue.
