Hey there, sorry to hear you're having trouble launching the EA app. If it is not launching at all, there might be a program running in the background that is conflicting with it and preventing it from launching. To rectify that, please try a Clean Boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer. After that, run the EA installer as admin and once it has finished installing again, run the EA app as admin too.
