EA App says I'm Offline: I AM NOT

Question

I only have ME3 (2012) so I can play the multiplayer as that's actually still fun. I logged in, couldn't open as it said I was offline. I uninstalled Origin, EA App, and ME3. THEN, I downloaded the EA App, reinstalled ME3 (2012) and I still get the same error. What's going on here, EA?

I've waited several days and I got no responses, so I'll ask again.

I purchased Mass Effect 3 2 years ago for the EA App, and the game is asking for a Product Key. I shouldn't need one as I bought the game online. Why can't I play the game that I purchased 2 years ago?
