EA app Shows Incorrect Playtime for Dead Space Remake and JEDI Survivor

The counter shows 0 hours 9 minutes. This is obviously incorrect, as if the counter was randomly reset at some point in time.

I surely played more, as you can see I obtained almost all achievements, which includes beating the game twice (not possible under 10 minutes ofc).

I would like to know if there's anything on my side I could do? Or does the bug occur on EA side? I believe the "time played" is stored on serves (?)

Is the a way to restore the real time played value?
