EA app Shows Incorrect Playtime for Dead Space Remake and JEDI Survivor

The counter shows 7 hours 45 minutes. This is obviously incorrect, as if the counter was randomly reset at some point in time.

I surely played more, as you can see I obtained all achievements, which includes fully beating the game and this is not possible to do under 8 hours.

I would like to know if there's anything on my side I could do? Or does the bug occur on EA side? I believe the "time played" is stored on serves (?)

Is the a way to restore the real time played value?

I've just noticed it's been resolved somehow for some reason? I barely touched either game since then and it's showing realistic playtime. No idea what happened but thanks EA I guess.
